Annointed,  gifted, talented and can truly play the cords that reach the innter person, the heart and soul.  Louberta Shaw is someone you should know, or someone you should most definitely hear play under the anointing.  She learned at the age of five tat music can soothe, medicate, heal and fill the soul.  Louberta is “SHOUTING FEET AND SHOUTING FINGERS!”

 

Louberta having had extensive music training, has astonished audiences throughout the United States, and has brought the house down at the Apollo Theater, Carnegie Hall, Orchestra Hall, The suth Shore Cultural Center, The National Baptist Convention, The National Sunday School Congress and many others.

 

Louberta has played for many groups, churches, choirs and soloists.  Among them are Rev. Milton Brunson & the Thompson Community Singers, The Maggie Bell Singers, Sammie Cheaten, Beverly Jones, Daryl Coley, Lecresia Campbell, Christ Tabernacle Baptist Church, Zion Hill Baptist (West) Church, Sweet Holy Spirit Baptist Church, True Believers Baptist Church, Greater Mt. Pleasant Church, Praise Tabernacle Deliverance Baptist Church and Antioch Baptist Church.  Also included is For Your Consciousness Ministries, Jubilee Showcase archives’1974” (Harold Washington Library) and Sing Mahalia Sing and a host of others.  Louberta is SHOUTING FEET AND SHOUTING FINGERS!

Louberta’s resume of achievements continues as she serves as the Minister of Music at Love, Faith and Hope Lutheran Church (ELCA) and Greater Acquaintance MB Church.  Roberta Show is definitely a musical note within herself.  “She can do all things through Christ who strengthens her!”
